Purpose: This Rental Agreement is made and entered into by Party A and the Venue Manager of Venue Name, hereafter referred to as The Venue. This agreement outlines terms for the exclusive use of The Venue on Date for Party A's wedding event.
Rental Fee: The total rental fee for this event is $Amount, payable in two parts: an initial deposit of $Deposit Amount due upon signing and the remning balance no later than Date.
Use of Facilities: Party A acknowledges that they will adhere to all safety guidelines set by local authorities. All decorations must not exceed height restrictions, as specified in Schedule B.
Insurance Requirements: Party A is required to provide proof of liability insurance for their event worth $Amount and a certificate of insurance showing Insurer's Name as additional insured. Insurance must be obtned and presented no later than Date.
Cancellations: If the event cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances, written notice must be given at least Number days prior to the event date for a refund of all payments minus a $Handling Fee processing fee.
Decorations: Party A is responsible for setting up and removing decorations. No nls or tape are allowed on walls; use of adhesive strips only. Decorations may not obstruct fire exits, sprinklers, or electrical systems. Detls of acceptable decor can be found in Schedule C.
Venue Mntenance: Upon returning the venue to its original condition, Party A is required to remove all personal items and restore cleanliness to rooms used during the event. Flure to do so may result in additional fees.
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of $Deposit Amount will secure the rental agreement. This will be returned upon inspection confirming that no damage has occurred and cleaning obligations are met.
